2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

3. Shipment Tracking

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are strictly responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package went unclaimed at the local post office, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to redeliver the items.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order and notice it has been structurally damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and notify our customer support team at support@glozins.com within 48 hours of receipt.
If your package tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or contact the local courier branch first. If the package remains lost, please reach out to us within 7 days of the stated delivery date so we can assist in launching an official investigation with the carrier.
