- Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Sale, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless they are proven to be defective or faulty upon arrival.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
- Promotional codes and discount coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been submitted.
