We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns for Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)
If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, you are eligible to return the item within 30 days of delivery under the following strict conditions:
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in resaleable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and any promotional free gifts intact.
  • Packaging: Please keep the original packaging clean and intact. Avoid writing marks, applying heavy tape, or altering the boxes/bags.
  • Bundles & Kits: For multi-item kits or bundles, all components must be returned together for a full refund. If any part is missing, the retail value of the missing item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return postage for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items is the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
2. Incorrectly Supplied Items
We take great care in our packing and quality control processes. However, if you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will quickly arrange for the incorrect item to be collected or provide you with a free prepaid returns label.
  • We will ensure the correct item is dispatched to you immediately without any additional charges. All associated redelivery costs will be fully covered by us.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival
We want every package to reach you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
  • Damaged Parcel: Please make a note of the structural damage when signing for the delivery (if applicable) and notify us within 48 hours.
  • Reporting: Contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt at support@glozins.com or via WhatsApp at +60 (016) 425-8592. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the damage.
  • Resolution: Once confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or arrange a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Faulty Items Within 30 Days
If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery:
  • Please email support@glozins.com with your order number, a detailed description, and clear photographic or video evidence.
  • RMA Requirement: Before returning the item, you must contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Returns without an authorized RMA code may face processing delays or rejection.
  • Inspection: If there is uncertainty regarding the cause of the fault (e.g., potential damage from misuse or improper washing), the item may be sent to the manufacturer for inspection.
  • Outcome: If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. If no fault is found, the item will be sent back to you, and redelivery charges may apply. General wear and tear or artificial damage are strictly excluded from refunds.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
  1. Clearance items, special offers, and promotional discount items.
  2. Gift cards.
  3. Products that cannot be resold as new due to hygiene reasons (if tags are removed or item is worn).
  4. Products that have been altered, subjected to artificial damage, or washed improperly.
  5. Products delivered more than 30 days ago.
6. Refund Processing Time 
  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Original Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and the credit will strictly be returned to your original payment account or credit card (processed securely via our payment gateway partner, HitPay).
  • Timeline: Refund processing times depend entirely on your bank or card issuer. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account after you receive our approval email.
